In spite of the mask mandate the cashiers at orange beach and gulf shores were not wearing masks.They are working with the public and masks are a must. We came here for a safe vacation and will not be shopping there. go to Surf Style instead.
The "cashiers" were RUDE!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Bad attitudes. Can't believe you're letting young people like this serve and represent your store. I will not be spending my money in this chain again.
Terrible cashiers. Very rude. And if you don’t have the “exact” change for your purchase they just keep your coins you were suppose to get back. How is that legal? They are basically stealing your money. WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS CHAIN STORE AGAIN!
I had a significant amount of items I was holding and asked the girl at the checkout if I could set them down somewhere, seeing as how there aren’t any carts or anything to hold our things. The lady rudely told me to just set them down somewhere, motioning for a spot at the end of the counter. I assumed (apparently) the spot that she meant and set our things down there. absolutely terrible service. tried to return something we didn't use and they said you can't return beach items. and the way I was talked to, I will never shop here again.
