We have had a terrible experience with this company, and one that keeps getting worse. They installed a boiler in our home two years ago. This year, the vent damper they sold and installed broke. They came and replaced it, and tried to charge us for both the part and labor, despite the fact that it was under warranty. It broke again, two months later.
