With the help of Alvin clahar I was able to find (he found lol) me a home and we closed in less than 30days. In this market it’s unheard of. If you want to buy a home and feel like your loved ones are helping you then this is the place to be. I was trying to settle but my realtor knew I wasn’t going to be happy with that, he was able to find me a home that met my needs. Alvin went above and beyond to make sure I was good.
