Al did a wonderful helping us find our first home. He explained the process to us with patience, and was with us every step of the way as we put offers in on multiple homes. He worked with us for several months as we figured out this process, and we absolutely love our new home!!

Al did a wonderful job in helping me find the perfect condo. He was well informed and attentive. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the condo market and he was able to direct me to precisely what I was looking for. Unlike some other realtors I have encountered, Al was very communicative. He kept me well informed about current issues and told me what to anticipate next. I came to appreciate his laid back demeanor when things started to get stressful. I would highly recommend Al.

Al was such an amazing resource when we were trying to find a house to rent in the Main Line from across the country. Al is a trustworthy, professional and ethical realtor. He helped us buy our condo and sell our house on the Main Line. He is very knowledgeable of the housing market in the area was hands on with every aspect of the buying and selling process. We liked his calm demeanor and he went above and beyond for us. Alvin is a true expert in the housing market and the Main Line. We moved to the Main Line from abroad. Al has been so helpful to familiarise us with the housing market and the whole process. The communication with Al was excellent with fast follow-up. Also, Al was very clear on pro's and con's of the houses we viewed, which helped us much in making the right choice. Negotiations and contract set-up went really professional. Definitely opt for Al if you're looking to buy/ rent/ sell a house!
