Sylvia the Manager does an extraordinary job making sure everyone and everything is taking care of. There are 101 apartments here. It is very well maintained and a wonderful place to reside. She goes above and beyond. Her door is always open. She is the heart of Alverno Pool Apartments. Highly recommended.
I applied haven’t had a tour wanting to know about my app
We moved in and were told we would get a screen door for the patio hasn’t happened yet. Also they said they fixed the leak under the sink since they put in new cabinets it is not fixed it is still leaking. We asked about getting a storage locker and was told she has to find keys and never heard back on the locker yet. We live in the office building and there is normally not anyone in the office the door is closed and blinds shut not sure if they actually keep business hours or not. I lived here for about 4 years and it was home to me. Sylvia is an amazing person. If there was a maintenance request or any other concerns/questions she was always on top of it. She attends to everything in a timely manner. She is very kind hearted and caring. Apartments are great sizes for a decent price. They keep hallways and perimeter of apartments well maintained.
