Always find the person behind the counter very friendly. All the technicians have smiles on their faces. The one doing the lab work always asks which arm if it's blood and likes that I have good veins. They generally choose which one they want. They go through what they're doing every step to make sure you know what to expect.
I am really irritated for a few reasons. One, there are apparently two locations but one of the locations closes at noon.. that location is right next door to where my original doctor appointment was, but I had. to drive across town to go to a different Alverno lab instead of popping in next door or the doctor handing me a kit. Extra running around for no reason. The hours are ridiculous making it so you have to take off of work to pick tests and return them. 8am-4 Mon-Thurs and 8-3 Fridays.
