They never gave me back my drivers license & my insurance card. when i went back 2 weeks later to finally get them, they claim that they don’t have them. One of the staff members i spoke with was not very friendly while discussing this matter with me either. Just had to pay for another drivers license. thanks.
Staff did not educate me on the process of getting lab work. Very unfriendly
Super quick and friendly!
While the staff are friendly, it is a very slow lab. There is typically 1 person who has to register the patient, and then draw your blood. Expect long wait times in most cases. Unfortunately, this seems to be the only lab Franciscan patients can use.
Quick w/no waiting & easy, convenient. In same building as my doctor. Very professional staff.
