I was turned away at 455pm they closed cuz they don't want to wait on the centrifuge to clot blood 15-20 mins. The sign says closes at 5pm. If this the case closet at 430pm
Great experience. Had to wait a bit but the staff was wonderful. No problems getting the blood draw needed.
Nobody tells you to sign in and it's not clear so I ended up sitting there for 30 minutes. On top of that, both of the workers had airpods in their ears. Really low quality employees.
Never had any issues lol? People are dramatic. Now if they came on a weekend or something I understand. *Never* go here on a weekend day. Usually about two or three staff members in there cut them some slack. Here's what matters to me: Clean, friendly, gets the job done. Good enough for me.
