Opens at 8am. There's always a huge line of people waiting. They don't allow sign-in before 8am. Not even take a number to signify the order you arrived. One very frazzled (sometimes crabby) lab tech opens. She is NOT sympathetic At All. Weekdays are bad. Saturdays are worse. If you've got a fasting blood draw or need to get to work, I strongly advise that you FIND A DIFFERENT LAB.
Nobody responds to these but I'll leave one anyway. Pros: easy access with plenty of parking right outside. Nice facility. Pleasant employees 99% of the time. Cons: the waiting area is packed - it's inside the lab & draw area. There is zero privacy, you can hear and often see everyone's business. There are tons of seats in the lobby; it would be nice if you could wait out there instead. Wait time tends to be long no matter what time of day. Been here for 1 hour for simple BMP. Girls don’t know “system”. Not a lot of patients, just two girls who don’t know what they’re doing. I worked in lab before it became Alverno, never had this happen. UNACCEPTABLE
Very clean location and professional staff. Significantly shorter wait than most labwork locations I have visited.
