I’ve called multiple times they ask me to withdraw on hold then have me waiting for 10+ minutes after that I just hang up you’d think if you wait 20 minutes and call back you have to go on hold your wrong another round of sitting on hold yeah thank you
Dr Alvarez is awesome! He is a Highly educated Doctor. He has patience. He takes the time to do his assessments on the patients and he takes the time to listen to the patients and family! I feel comfortable with him being my family’s doctor! Also the staff are very nice and respectful. Dr Alvarez Medical center is very clean and has a very clean atmosphere!
