I went to Dr. Alvarez after having a terrible experience with another optometrist the week before. It was like night and day! I am thankful for Dr. Alvarez's patience and attentiveness to my needs. Dr. Alvarez and her staff were all very friendly, courteous and professional. Although this is the first time I've had to wear bifocals, I can see much better than before. Thank you Dr. Alvarez and staff.
Very professional, friendly, respectful. Treats one like family. Especially when we have been patients for several years. Goes the same for staff that we have interacted. Lilia is the best!!!!
Dr. Alvarez was wonderful and did an excellent job getting me a prescription that works. Her office staff is amazing, Debbie went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get scheduled in the short window I had available.
