Totally professional, in integrity, and does exquisite work. Handled the inspections, completed the work timely. Handcrafted and completely symmetrical roof, with careful detail finishing touches. Crews were friendly and great to work with. Hauled away the old roof, with a thorough clean-up. The estimate was reasonable and fair. I cannot say enough about them. Will use them in maintaining my company homes.

He came and placed roofing at a very good price. I wanted an upgrade and got me next level material at no additional cost. He went out of his way to cover my roof with plastic before the rains came because y had not passed sheathing inspection and did not charge me a penny. I highly recommend Alvarez Roofing.
