Unprofessional, unethical, useless. Negotiates like 5-year old who wants a lollipop. Lies through his teeth. Always late with every single item. Goes into contract and doesn't remove MLS listing - class act. You time remaining in business is close to zero baby.

No Service – Alvarez & Alvarez was our agent when we tried sell our last house. It did not sell. They were not very professional, they did not know the San Jose market very well, and did not worked hard to market our property. They sat around and waited for the MLS listing to bring offers. No open houses or marketing. We would not recommend them for anyone's buying or selling a property.

Unprofessional – Unbelievable. This group has to be the most unprofessional group of Realtors. I made an appointment with Frank to view a listing in San Jose and he ended up going to the wrong address. So he says... This would be have been ok except I was driving down from the San Francisco. My wife took time from work to view the listing as well. I called him and he said he was going to call right back. He never called back. He basically demonstrated the character of this outfit.
