I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I experienced during a recent call. While I was inquiring about pricing for your services, the representative I spoke with ended the call abruptly before I could finish my question. I understand that things can get busy, but I felt the interaction was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this can be looked into, as it doesn't reflect well on the level of service I expected.
Enid Lawn Service, is the new company that took over Alvarado's quality Service (the Quality was removed from the name and, company). Just got off the phone with the receptionist or assistant that was incredibly unhelpful. They are behind, are not taking on any more clients.
