I had to have my floors refinished before selling my home. They adjusted their schedule to be able to complete the job for me. They restored the floors to its natural beauty. There were some challenging spots to refinish and they were able to remove them. They are clean and efficient. The owners couldn't have been nicer to deal with. I highly recommend their work.
Alvarado's Flooring did a great job!!! First, I respect that even though he was having siactic nerve pain he kept working non-stop!!! With that said he did an excellent job and I can only be greatful. He was like a old school Tonka Truck he kept working and no-matter what came his way he was working his behind off!!! SO NOTHING BUT 5 STARS!!!!
Our newly purchased home had hardwood floors that had been hiding under carpet for 50+ years. They were in good shape but were unkempt, dingy and even had pet stains in places.
