Our floors just got finished this morning and they are amazing (I don’t even want to put my appliances back in)! Our kitchen and hallways were probably so difficult but they did an amazing job! And pricing was great too!
If I could rate this company 10 stars out of 5, I would. I got red oak hardwood floors installed in my upper floor and stairs and also had my main floors refinished. These are some of the most hard working, kind, honest men and they also had the best prices. Since I was doing other renovations, Alavardo was able to work around my schedule and help me when plans would change. I am deeply grateful for their work and will happily call them again for more work/recommend them to friends!

Honest and great guy to work with.
Alvarados took our dingy hardwood floors that had not been serviced in over 20 years and gave them a fresh, clean, modern update! They also made minor repairs to fill in old vent openings and areas that were no longer in use due to some past remodels. Alvarados communicated clearly and promptly, arrived on time, worked very hard and had quite reasonable prices! My entire family has used them now for restoration of their hardwood floors. I highly recommend Alvarados!
