Alvarado Roofing came out to inspect the roof and replaced the roof tiles that may have been displaced by the recent weather. Although the damage appeared to be caused by an act of nature, Lorenzo honored the homeowner's warranty and completed the repairs at no cost. We truly appreciate Alvarado Roofing standing behind their work and providing such excellent customer service.
We are very pleased with the value and quality work of our roof replacement by Alvarado Roofing. Lorenzo, the owner, came out to our home for the estimate. He brought samples, measured the roof, and explained the different materials to us. They replaced damaged fascia boards also. We appreciated that they supply their own porta potty while they work on the roof. We liked that he sent photos of the roof after the work was completed.
