See for yourself. Simply drive through the parking lot. I lived here in the mid 80's. I couldn't wait to see the place while visiting Colorado Springs recently. I was horribly disappointed. I'm not sure what happened over the years but it isn't the serene setting it once was. One neighbor was having his own block party playing music loud enough for me to hear from my car. Doesn't look safe at all.
You dont want to live here – I used to be the property manager at Alvarado Place Apts. Upon me taking ove the property last year in December theres was alot of crime, which I cleaned up. The owner of the property Byung Kim does not care about his tenants or employees. Upon me getting fired for not wanrting to do his owner statements, he had a fraudlent letter written for diferent resons why I was let go and they where repeated tardiness and excessive absences. Good Home – Sometimes its hard living in an apartment complex but what makes it easier are friendly neighbors, and I have a lot of those here. Noise is always apart of living in an apartment and to be frank parking isn't always your friend either but you get acquainted and accustomed to a place.
