I Read so many horror stories in the comments!!!! My name is Jason I have been here a half dozen times in my opinion it's the best ER in SD the staff is so friendly they remember me every time by name I come in and I have been here at my worst suffering with a horrible drug addiction and seizures and at my lowest when other hospitals turned me away even when I needed help because I was a homeless drug addict at the time they always treated me with respect and honesty I am now clean thank you Alvarado for always treating me w... read more
