Very relatable, reliant & efficient! Came when he said he’d be there. He answered all our questions We had a great experience with the Alure team that installed our windows. They came when they said they would Staff was very respectful & did an efficient job.
Newpro has misrepresented their service by contract. They did not use licensed plumbers as required by law nor did they secure a plumbing permit for the bathroom remodel. Uneven and rough caulking of the bath/shower walls leaves the job looking badly. Flooring is rough and flawed in some areas. Requests for mediation have been delayed and ignored.
Everything was top shelf!!! Installer arrived a little early, prepared the area, removed the cast iron tub, prepared the area and installed our fantastic new shower in 1 1/2 days! Damian was the installer. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up when the work was done. We are very happy with our new shower!
Took lots of time to make sure the project was planned properly.
