I have never picked out window treatments before but Tyrone helped me make the best decisions for my home. The installer did a great job and the process was very fast with minimal mess. We are so happy with our new shades!

When I was told there was no charge for follow-up service 4 years from the installation date, I was shocked with amazement! Thanks much for your work on our home. We had a great experience with Alura Window Decor and the installation of the automatic window blinds. There were already 2 Somfy automatic window blinds in our residence, but they weren’t working correctly. So, Tyrone was sent out so we could get 2 additional automatic blinds with black-out shades to “match” what we already had. Outstanding service by Tyrone at Alura! He was able to get a 25 year old Graber blind replaced under warranty! It looks awesome and we are so happy! Worth it to buy the best!
