RecommendedFun and great menu. Delicious and great service too
Food was stone cold by the time it arrived to us, an hour and a half after we ordered. I’m sure it would have been delicious if it had been hot. I asked for ketchup and mayo on my sub, didn’t get it. They charged me $0.35 to change from American Cheese to provolone. Didn’t disclose this until after we had paid.
We ordered over the phone so we could pick it up and we’re told 25 minutes. We got there and it seemed like they had completely forgotten to even make our food. It took 45 + minuets for us to finally get our order and the fries were ice cold. Maybe it’s not always like this, but it was a bad experience for us. We will choose to eat elsewhere next time.

I really - really love alumni grill- I order from wildwood and rio grande, very often. Today my mom and I got it for dinner. And I’m pretty disappointed. I always get the slacker, it’s my absolute favorite but today my chicken is dry, and there is no honey jalapeño sauce on it, and we asked for extra honey jalapeño sauce, we specifically asked for 2 or 3 large extra soufflé cups, we were given one small extra cup. Super disappointed today.

We love the Alumni Grill and visit every summer on vacation! It serves some of the best GF/CF food with great portions. Our girls have food allergies and this place doesn’t disappoint. Looking forward to multiple visits this summer.
