I recently took delivery of my 2nd ATC, this time a 3619 PLa 700. Compared to most toy haulers, the design and materials crush the competition. We use it for racing and the grease, fingerprints, dirty shoes, etc. all clean up easily. The units all tow well do the the reduced weight. The extra racers needing showers work well with the large water supply, double most of what I see. I often read and hear about support concerns. I have never had an issue with support. I purchased a ATC Quest Trailer at the Tampa RV in 2018. I ordered a 20 foot enclosed cargo trailer, white in color. Since that time I have had excessive black streak for which has now deminished the finish. I keep it waxed but to no avail. The caulking used on the roof has disintegrated, leaving a mess on the roof. I was told by a ATC Rep during the 2024 Tampa show, that the unit is still under warranty for the caulking issue. I purchased a 2018 8.5x25 toy hauler new in 2018. It has been an absolute battle tank of an RV. Best toy hauler I have ever owned compared in quality and durability. I have had a few minor electrical components fail and ATC was quick to send free replacements. I was looking to buy another ATC trailer and was surprised to see bad reviews.

I purchased a 2022 Quest Limited. I use it to trailer two motorcycles and a Jeep Wrangler. About three months after I purchased it, a wheel bearing failed causing the wheel to wedge up into the escape door. I had to pull off of the highway and the skirting was damaged also. I was stuck for 3 weeks at a campground in Tennessee waiting for new axles. The warranty representative was not pleasant to deal with at all. I'm very disappointed with ATC I have a 36ft fifth wheel and I call for warranty services and I was told there is only one places in Florida to fix my trailer, this RV is only two mouth old and it has lost of problem, they are not ready for this type off business they need to stop making RV and continew with regular trailers, if you need parts you will wait mouths to get it and then you need to fine a place to fix it, this is not good I will never buy any ATC RV, good luck if you do.
