Great help! I wanted to instal replacement windows for the first time so they let me order one and try it.It worked so I order 16 more! Also had decorative glass installed in my front door at half the price of buying a new door!
Absolutely dependable backup on what they sell. More than simply SAYING they will be there if problems arise....they WERE there, and never left but over saw the corrections personally until we were totally satisfied with the repairs.
This company is outstanding as well as its staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I Flip high end houses and needed both interior and exterior doors as well as a few replacement windows. The choices these days are so endless it can be overwhelming. Karen took all the time needed to steer me in the right direction for the style I was going for and narrow the options down so that I could make a decision. I have used them before and always will as they genuinely care about customer service and satisfaction.
Purchased a flat panel door with 9 panel glass in the top ½ to have a dog door in a rear entrance. They were a day ahead of the promised time and did a great job. I provided them with the exact locations of my hinges, latch, and deadbolt and they did great. I also paid a little extra for them to cut in and install the dog door it was a bit pricey for the electronic locking door so I wanted it done right.
