Great staff, everyone is helpful and friendly. I bought the baddest bike there, no question. And it was simple and easy. I also wanted to get a Grom for daily work cruising, but my wife said no, even though it would be super simple going through these fellas!
2nd bike purchased from them. Will not be buying another. Bad business practices on selling used bikes. Suspension was swapped out by previous owner and not disclosed to me. Questions like this weren’t asked by the dealer to this previous owner. Thought I was getting a 11.8 hour KTM 450 but I got a 11.8 hour bike and forks from a KTM 350 that has god knows how many hours on them. Bad, bad, deal....
Best customer service I have received in a long time! Every single person that works at Altus Motorsports treats you with the up most respect,& like family. If you are needing a salesman to help you out I highly recommend Abraham! I will definitely continue to buy from Altus in the future.
