at first, it was very comfortable and I unloaded a lot of trauma and thought that I was making progress. Unfortunately, with my counselor, I felt he started lacking concern and Care. Chanel made me feel very comfortable. She has a very calm and kind nature which made me feel heard and like she truly cared about me and my mental wellness. In addition to my counseling, she provided useful information and tools that allowed me to comfortably do the work I needed to do. You will not regret meeting with her. She is the BEST!
