Wheres Dan? He used to be there. New guy cant fix much. Couldnt fix laptop, tried to sell me new one. I took it home and eleven year old grandson fixed it!
went to altus computer in watertown becase no one had the parts and expereance that i was looking for if you need help good prices or anything that has to do with computers go thier
My experience with Altus Computers has always been great. I had Dan the service technician repair my machine for me. He repaired my machine properly the first time, and it has worked great ever since. In my opinion everyone should have dan work on their machine. A++++ for service, A++++ for speed of repairs.
I found out the part i got for my computer was used and they said it was new from Dell. Then plus we had to call a different computer business to setup the network because it wasnt setup right.1 or many reasons is we had a static ip and they setup a DHCP on the router which we found out will cause a drop in the network. Then we found out they dont ever put a warranty on their work,,ahhhh..and they were very slow to get our simple network up plus it didnt work when done...dont suggest them at all, thank you
I had been looking for parts to build a computer and found that Altus was the only place in town that had parts in stock. Also really good prices. I wish the best for them all and will continue to shop. The experience i had at Altus was very very good i will go back again!!
