the apodments used to be owned by Calhoun, so any of the old reviews praising management are for them. however they were recently taken over by Arboreal, a much worse company. the few weeks i had dealing with them were enough cause for me to move out. i would not recommend living here, and i strongly recommend doing your own research on Arboreal and their continued and awful mismangement of various Seattle properties. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
Excellent value in an urban setting. The owners, general manager and maintenance staff are professional and courteous
My experience has improved significantly after working with the owners, and relying on work orders through the ResidentPortal app. All of the maintenance workers have been wonderful - the three I have worked with have all been really caring and patient. My only concern is that I still need expensive noise cancelling headphones to deal with how hard the unit doors close by default, and that I've had to speak with every upstairs neighbor at least once for banging - though I'm quite grateful that the latest person is reasonable... read more
