It would be nice to not see our only place to shop not die. The white mountain mall has gone so downhill in the last 10 years and yall don’t even care to come down and fix it. Instead you charge 2100 a month for rent and wonder why no one wants to rent a mall space.
Alturas is by far the best landlord we've ever had! Their team is always courteous, professional, proactive and very communicative. They organize great events for everyone in our building on a recurring basis, always have fresh flowers in the lobby and the building is clean and well managed. Love our PM team!
