The Hub At Baton Rouge Apartments (Baton Rouge, LA) These people are not professional at all! The only thing that they know how to contact you about is your rent! if the rent is an hr late you are being harassed even through the weekend. Where do I begin. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever done business with. Avenue 5 The Modern Apartments Denver is the biggest disaster I have experienced and unfortunately had the displeasure of living at. Leasing office doesn’t answer the main phone lines or respond to email about any issues or complaints. **Stay away!! Needs 0 stars. This is for The Kenzie in Birmingham. They knowingly allowed me to move into a building that had consistent noise issues prior to me even living there as a student. The office admitted they knew about the noise prior via email. Not just any noise - but rattling my entire unit music coming from a neighbor that they allow to continue to live there and disturb others. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The Bryant Apartment Homes. September 3, 2019 I submitted my rent payment through the resident portal. Prior to that I had forgotten to change my stored billing information due to my checking account being compromised on August 25, 2019. I didn't realize the simple mistake until I received an alert from the bank. I immediately emailed The Haven Apartment Homes to make them aware of this and to ask what I needed to do next.. I would like to file a complaint if possible against The Hub Baton Rouge Apartments. I was a resident at this apartment complex for two years, two different units. During my stay I constantly had issues that just got worse with time. During the first year in which I shared the apartment with a roommate, we had a flea infestation, we had an issue with the front door and the carpet not allowing us to be properly open, both of these issues took over a month to get resolved.
