Altura in Capitol Hill: hands down the best culinary experience I had in my life. I lived in Paris and Montreal and there is no other place that has it all like Altura. The food is delicate, fresh, beautiful. The service is impeccable from A to Z. The wine list is out of this world. That was our second visit and we will be back.
