Someone tried to break into our apartment Friday night we were home at the time so when they heard my wife yell they ran off. Called the police and had apartment security come over. Called the office Saturday morning to tell them what happened and put in a request to fix the glass. Was told it would probably be Tuesday before it got fixed because of the Labor Day weekend. nothing is good there,old and rip off
One of the best places to live and rent. They just bought the apartment complex, in 2 months they're doing a better job than the previous management.
I dont like with the new management , for me they are rude and not friendly like old management staffs. I used to pay the rent every 14th to 16th every month. On April 16 , I wanna pay the rent till May 15.. they said that I have to pay the fee since I have to pay on the first..wth..I've been paying the rent for 3 years on every 15 or 16 every month. So, they said this time its ok to pay on the 16 for 1 month rent, and she said on may 15 i will have to pay a half rent to make it able back to track to pay on the first. Btw.. ... read more
loved here and raised a family for 3 years. they sold it to a new company "Altura" and the rent goes up 200 a month. they have done no improvements to the apartments what so ever but hey let's raise the rent! awesome stuff.. we are moving out in less than a week. 770 square ft isn't worth 9+ a month. and real classy no longer including trash ,sewer , and water in the rent.. it was a good place to live since 2015 but I can't pay over 9 a month for 770 square ft with no washer and dryer. God bless yall
