Do not waste your time at Altura. The dentist is untrustworthy and negligent. A patient showed up with intense mouth pain, and she did nothing to help. The next day, the patient needed an emergency procedure done for a critical dental condition.

The receptionists here are extremely RUDE. Don’t come unless you want to be greater horribly. Not welcoming in person or on the phone. Straight up telling you “HOLD ON” constantly bad speaking about other patients as well like we can’t hear them. People come because they aren’t feeling good , least you can do is just be KIND.
Dr. Rodriguez is one of the best Doctors there in woodville since it has opened. She is real attentive and listens to your concerns and gives great advice! She has helped me with my health, and prolonged my well being. She seems really concerned of my health.
