I love this clinic and the doctors are excellent. Unfortunately, the receptionist Nereyda is consistently rude and unfriendly, which negatively affects the overall experience
Horrible phone service. I’ve been on hold for half an hour. They should really hire more staff because there’s obviously not enough workers to do that simple task. I will definitely be switching clinics.
Don’t come here, especially for dental. Untrustworthy and negligent providers. The dentist Hermawan Tjioe, recently put a patient in danger. He sent her away and said she could wait a month to get a scheduled extraction. But the next day, the patient needed to get an emergency surgery done for a critical dental condition. A different surgeon provided the needed service and saved the patient’s life. 5 star employees, 5 star doctors, 2 star text service, 1 star phone service. I really needed to contact a nurse because my pharmacy contacted me with an issue but sat on hold for over 45 minutes. No one answered. I've sent texts before that went an entire day with no answer. I finally called the following day and waited another hour and finally got to make an appointment.
