5 star employees, 5 star doctors, 2 star text service, 1 star phone service. I really needed to contact a nurse because my pharmacy contacted me with an issue but sat on hold for over 45 minutes. No one answered. I've sent texts before that went an entire day with no answer. I finally called the following day and waited another hour and finally got to make an appointment. As much as I like Altura’s Drs. and experience in general, getting through via phone or text is near to impossible always. I respect that people are busy, it’s a clinic, but something needs to change or more staff is needed. Urgent care clinics are popping up more and faster at this point.
I would like to say Dr Fernandez the dentist is so caring and really makes you feel so comfortable, I remember I was scared to get seen by dentist because my teeth are all messed up , I can say this lady is so sweet 😁 and has a heart of gold , I'm so happy that she my dentist and would recommend anyone to her 🙏
