I brought my children to see Dr. Sharma because they were suffering from fevers, congestion, severe headaches, a sore throat, vomiting, and green mucus. Dr. De La Cruz is an amazing doctor. After my child was seen at Valley Children's Hospital and we were told the bone was not broken, Dr. De La Cruz carefully reviewed everything and correctly diagnosed the fracture. I am incredibly grateful for his thoroughness and attention to detail. He takes his time with every patient, listens carefully, and answers every question with patience and compassion. Might need exclusive invitation because I have been trying to reach out to make an appointment to get my eyes checks, the 2 times they say that they are leaving a note so they can reach out to me to make the appointment. Have heard and received zero phone calls from them. Other than that the Pediatric side is amazing. Dr Zegarra and Dr Rivera are 5 stars.
This is the second time my child has been sick and needed to see a doctor and got an appointment a week away only to be cancelled last minute and left sick by said "doctor" Yesenia Garcia, FNP, would rather leave sick children than just set up a new appointment for the child before canceling, she does not care about you or your kids
This clinic sucks every time I call to schedule when kids are sick an appointment theres never any appointment till a week or months with any providers , and my kids only sees there provider only in physical appointment and up front desk are rude they need to do better
