Couldn’t Ask for a Better Place to Live! I’ve lived here for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best apartment communities in Austin. terrible experience here with constant roaches and pest no matter how clean you keep the apartment there will always be roaches also had my pipes explode and apartment flood which took them almost a week to fix they also charge u up the ass for hidden fees so rent is usually around 1250 when i first moved in they told me my apartment wasn’t even ready which made it super inconvenient and left me without a place to stay for almost a week when i finally moved in my apartment was extremely dirty with dead roaches and bugs every... read more
I have lived here for well over a decade now, and gone through different management companies. In fact, when I came on to leave this review, I deleted my old one-star review from several years ago. I have nothing but glowing reviews for the current management company. I find them to be quick and responsive to my needs. It's an old property, but the maintenance team does a great job of keeping it up. The last several work orders that I've put in have been handled quickly. Keep up the great job y'all!
