RUN!! RUN! Run. There are bugs everywhere the place is infested with the big huge ones you can hear! Also the small ones on the walls everywhere. There is also a clause in the lease about mold because these apartments have mold. It is in the kitchens along with being in the bathroom. All of the appliances are falling apart. It's terrible. Worse place I ever stayed
Ben listed an apartment on Craigslist, so my wife and I called and asked If we could see the apartment, ben responded by saying “I don’t have to show the apartment if I don’t want to”, which confused me because I was trying to be polite. It quickly became apparent the this guy ben has no respect for people and treats you as if you’re stupid. I dealt with this guy for 5 minutes, I couldn’t imagine renting from him. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
