I went in for a breast ultrasound (which I was able to schedule within a week of calling) and every staff member I encountered during my visit treated me with dignity, care, and respect. To top it off, they gave me results before I left (which to be fair was probably due to the type of service, but I was honestly not expecting it). I have never met more an unprofessional ultrasound department. Website says 26-34w for 3D/4D photos. Called and asked (I’m 33w) and was told it’s only up until 32 and then was HUNG UP ON. Called back to a different gal who gave me an attitude saying it’s up until 32w although their website in multiple spots says up until 34w. She got annoyed I kept pushing it and after asking the techs, she verified it was until 32w. Altru has been going drastically downhill.
