Terrible service by the men I've experienced. Pretty boy doctor in the e.r. with mommy and daddy money for medical school wouldnt do anything for me. Only came in to check my tongue. Sent me home and barely made it there. 10 minute drive turned into a 30 minute drive. I dont know if it was because the e.r. was busy on a Saturday night but I never should have went home
Altru is horrible, the staff is very disrespectful, they gave me the same doctor I have stated not to give me twice. They made fun of me when I had a scare, my fiance had a bipolar episode and they tried to call the police department on him. The front office lied and said they were actually calling security and that they were not laughing at me when we overheard them laughing, they also poked me horribly 3 times. They also treated me like I was overdosing when I was having an anxiety attack which made my heart rate increase.... read more

Dr's were waiting for me to come into the ER, barely sat down and was wheeled into surgery. Good hospital, great staff
