Great response time and accessability.
I chose Altru Realty when I needed to list my parent's 2bed/2bath home in the city of Palm Coast, Florida. As it needed a LOT of "TLC" I was not expecting it to get much attention, so I was pleasantly surprised at the overwhelming buyer response it got “right out of the gate”… we received multiple offers almost immediately! Being that there is no way to reply back to there response on my previous post, I will go ahead and do so here. Rene nor her team still has not given any justifying on them creating a false addendum. Perhaps to speed up the sale? What’s even more unethical is Renee complaints on her current client who she says is too indecisive and how she is annoyed by this woman. There constant complaints on there job duties and clients makes me unsure why this business uses this approach but I wish them the best of luck!
This review is to give some insight on my experience with Altru Realty. When picking someone to list your home, it’s important to know if the client comes first or if the company is in search for a quick sale. Renee Golda-Widman and her team was not only condescending during the negotiating process but there was a lot of backpedaling as well as false information given in order to expedite the sale.
