Infectious nurse practitioner, Vanessa Sundeen at Altru in the infectious disease deptartment in Grand Forks has terrible bedside manner to her patients. She does not acknowledge them when she enters the room, she talks very fast, she does not inquire about side affects of the antibiotics that she prescribes. She is rude and does not like to answer questions. If I would have known this we would have absolutely gone elsewhere!
