This is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. I saw Ruth Green for a skin condition that I have dealt with for almost two years and have still not gotten a diagnosis. I have visited several times and even seen the dermatologist and yet they cant seem to figure out what to do with themselves. Ruth was looking things up on her computer through my appointment as if she did not even know what simple terminology was. I would be hesitant to send my child or young adult to Dr Arthur. I sent my child to see him, and after doing all of the test his end diagnosis was “you look fine, but I work with older people you seem fine”. A recommendation to a doctor who does work with younger patients would have been appreciated, or even a where to go from here. Furthermore, the office doesn’t work in a timely manner, taking almost 2 weeks to get the lab results to our primary.

If you are looking for excellent health care I HIGHLY recommend Altru Clinic & Hospital. Dr Girma Makonnen is the BEST!!!!! I was in extreme pain for over 4 weeks with a herniated disc. Life was miserable, sleep non-existent, simple tasks at home and work were a challenge. Surgery was scheduled and I couldn't wait! I could not stand upright, and walked in a hunched over position with a wheeled walker, then surgery was performed and I left the hospital walking upright the same day.
