Roy is just about the nicest person and took care of a slight exhaust issue on my XC90. This is the second vehicle I have had exhaust problems with and I honestly have not had the best luck (including taking it back to where I purchased it from and being told it was "fine and drives good"). We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on. Thank you so much!

Neighbors sent me too Altra years ago when my favorite Gas Station Owner died and his sons decided to sell rather than keeping the service station open. I've had great service and aways a reasonable quote. They've even done trouble shooting on things I decided to fix in my own back yard. I can't stress enough the trustworthy quotes you get and the quality of the work they do.
I recommend Altra to everyone I know. They are always helpful in telling you what's going on and very fair with their prices. I've gotten quotes from other places that have tried to rip me off then brought my car here - Altra is always fair and upfront. Definitely worth checking out.
Honest and fair would be an understatement. Got me in today last minute on my van. Assessed what was wrong quickly and I was on my way. I highly recommend this shop. If you're in the area and go anywhere else for auto repair you're doing yourself a disservice.
Finally I found an honest repair shop who's top priority is satisfying customers without over charging. Thank you for fixing my exhaust! If you need automotive repairs i suggest you make an appointment with Altra, and be on time.
Best shop in town hands down. Great people, honest and they don't upsell you on items that you don't need. If you haven't tried them yet, you are missing out.
