Having both ladders in the most busiest part of the pool unusable is totally an inconvenience. I have a bad back and they expect you to go under 2 ropes just to get out if you can't hop out. Unacceptable Altoona.
Went here to use their indoor pool for the day. They had family changing room with showers right next to the pool, several lifeguards on duty at the same time, a giant hot tub,many floating toys, life jackets for all sizes.
