HORRIBLE… I wish they had negative stars this company needs 10.. Not only have they continued to raise my unit prices.. It’s so unkept and dirty.. The gate is broken and open at least once a week. Always piles of trash around the building.. Grass is just overgrown weeds that have taken over the fence.. They raised my rate 50% without notifying me. They also charge a $12 protection plan.. not sure what that actually is. They don't email you back. I already have my own renters insurance, apparently thats not good enough.
I am think about moving there soon in this month
Save your money. Im currently locked in the facility. Gate won't open and I can't drive out. Nobody is helping
I rented there for 5 years & was very happy before this new company from Chicago bought it, they lied & said they wouldn’t raise the rent yet within less than a year it went from 47.00 a month to 76.00, I was only renting a 5’x10’ I moved out as soon as I got the 2nd price increase. Definitely wouldn’t recommend trusting them.
