Save your money. Im currently locked in the facility. Gate won't open and I can't drive out. Nobody is helping
I rented there for 5 years & was very happy before this new company from Chicago bought it, they lied & said they wouldn’t raise the rent yet within less than a year it went from 47.00 a month to 76.00, I was only renting a 5’x10’ I moved out as soon as I got the 2nd price increase. Definitely wouldn’t recommend trusting them.
Facilities and price are very good. Check-in process is not. I don't believe anyone has really gone through the new-customer flow. QR code at gate brings you to the main website, but it's not obvious what app to install or how to fill it out. I've been a software dev for 3 decades and "get" tech, but this process wasn't clear. Nobody was in the office and my phone call requesting assistance wasn't responded to for 2 hours. This was during regular business hours on a week day.
