The staff, food and value we're all fantastic. On a recommendation from our server I tried something and loved it. Good Call.

We had dinner at Alton’s with a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 children. Food was generally good but we had to ask for a couple steak temperatures to be adjusted. The restaurant has a kids menu (and kids eat free before 6pm) so I would strongly recommend going early if there are kids in the group. A bit of average noise from the kids made the manager uneasy and when she brought it up, we all became a bit uneasy. However, the owner followed up with us after the fact and took measures to improve our impression.
Cool modern adult atmosphere with excellent mixed drink options.
Braised lamb was awesome. Staff was courteous
⭐️⭐️💥⭐️🤩 My friends & family just had the most delicious dinner at this restaurant this past weekend. Food was excellent & so was the staff. I wish there was a place like this closer to where we live. If you live in the area & haven’t tried this place you are missing out! Excellent!!
Went here for restaurant week. First time visiting so was not sure what to expect. From the moment we walked in I was impressed. Great vibe/ambience, not too dark or loud. Was seated upstairs where we received prompt service for our drinks. For the three courses I ordered the prime rib stuffed mushrooms, prime rib with asparagus and mashed potatoes and apple cobbler for dessert. Hands down, the best restaurant in the Lake Norman area! I don’t have enough great things to say, from service to the food, Alton’s is our favorite. We’ve had just about everything on the menu and I don’t know that I can even name a favorite! Definitely worth checking out for restaurant week!!!
