Just had the most amazing experience. After getting home I realized the girl mistakenly gave me someone else's order. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager on duty and explained what happened. Had to drive back to pickup my correct order and got a total surprise. After apologizing for the mixup, they not only refunded my money, but gave me a $15 be our guest card � This is customer service done right.� Cali Pizza Kitchen, Alton Pkwy, Irvine Ca is a class act!!

Nice neighborhood hangout. The salads are always good and the staff is willing to tweak them and add this or that. So much better than the old CPKs. We dine here quite often.

I heard the CPK thinks it's OK to cram chickens by the thousands into dark, dirty, and barren sheds and then slaughter them in barbaric ways. You lost my business!

Great Location and Food is excellent. Very comfortable outside patio with canopy and heaters.
