I have not "always" been an Alton Refrigeration shopper, but I certainly will be from here on out. We bought a refrigerator a year ago and have had quite a few issues. After 4 issues in a very short time, they replaced the unit and dealt with the manufacturer for us. How awesome!! They are definitely getting our business!

My 80 year old mother went there for a de-humidifier yesterday and had an incompetent sales lady to assist her. Very dissatisfied with the service and not knowledgeable of their products. We went to another store and purchased the product we needed.

I wanted to send out a big thank you to Ken Powell!! My oven went out 2 days before Thanksgiving. He was able to find one for me and have it delivered in time for me to bake a thanksgiving turkey! My family thanks you , too!
