Alton Refrigeration helped us find a great rocker/recliner that fit both myself and my super tall husband comfortably. They special ordered the fabric that I wanted and stayed in our budget.

Stopped in this evening to browse dishwashers. We had an idea of what we were looking for but received nice attention and an education on dishwashers and were able to find the perfect appliance. We stayed a little past closing time too but were not rushed or hurried. Great experience and we'll be back for future household needs. Shop local!
Bought four GE appliances last summer. Have had problems with the stove. First a burner went out. They came out and fixed it within a few days. Next a different burner wouldn't turn off. We had to turn the stove off and on via circuit breaker. It took 11 days to get someone out here and they had the wrong part and couldn't fix the burner. They said they would have to order another part. We never heard from Alton Refridgeration again. After two more weeks of waiting we called GE customer service.
