I have shopped here many times and been happy with the salesman and customer service. However, I recently purchased a new freezer, which was defective and caused me to lose nearly $200 worth of meat the very next day that I had put in my brand new freezer. Management will not offer any assistance with the expense. Very disappointed and will be taking my future business elsewhere. $200 buys a lot of publicity.....good and bad.

Brenda: Please correct me if I am wrong, but the service staff should have informed you that you need to first contact the Whirlpool Team to file a claim for your food loss. Any payment under the warranty comes from Whirlpool. If they fail to address the issue or you do not get satisfaction, you should have notified us and I would have contacted our Whirlpool sales representative to correct the problem. A big THANK YOU to Alton Refrigeration! Not only were they cheaper than the big box stores, they sold me a fridge over the phone on a Sunday when they were closed. They delivered and refused a tip! My husband and I came in today to buy appliances for our home. Linda greeted us immediately and asked if there was anything she could do. She gave us some suggestions and allowed us to shop and browse by ourselves. When we settled on what we wanted she was able to offer us a bundle deal and accommodate a later date for delivery.
