If you are thinking about applying here, don’t do it. We were assured we could move in right away. They do not have clear guidelines to tell people who are applying. Every day since we applied which was the beginning of February, they would say something like that the “unit wasn’t ready” or that it was gonna take “2 weeks” & from there it went up to “4-8 weeks”. If you are thinking about applying here, don’t do it. Because of them assuring us that we would get the apartment, we ended up on the street. They do not have clear guidelines to tell people who are applying what is required. Every day they would say something else was missing, and they kept promising that the next day we would be approved. This went on for 15 days. *****Please read before moving in !! So where do I start, the manager and maintenance crew is terrible 😣. I moved in and the refrigerator smelled horrible with gnats!! The manager would not give me another one until they came and did an inspection and looked at the refrigerator. She said she would bring back a new one and she slammed my door!!!
