Here's a cool concept 2 MONTHS after we move out and they take our 300 deposit and after we did an extensive deep cleaning ( mind you I ran a cleaning company for 4 years). I was charged almost 300 dollars bc a) the carpets are done by them or a 3rd party after i asked if i could get them professionally cleaned, b) the fridge was not cleaned (which we were hoping to get some of our deposit back because of covid so we CLEANED TEDIOUSLY and c) the tub was dirty ... this is great because I bought professional chemicals to run t... read more
